The data resources used in our reports are, County Tax Maps, Courthouse Records, Property Data Reports, Marshall & Swift Cost Index, MLS Records and FEMA Flood Maps.

We understand that conducting appraisals is a service-oriented business. Great pride is taken in the quality of our reports. We strive to ensure that our appraisals are held up to the highest standards of excellence. All appraisals are thoroughly reviewed through a 3 tier quality control system before they are signed and dispersed.

Greenville Appraisers Network uses state of the art technology in order to achieve the highest quality product. Digital Imaging, Cable Interaction, Updated Software and Electronically Transferable Data are unique features that our company utilizes to ensure the quality of our work. This technology allows our appraisals to be conducted in the most timely manner ( per. request appraisals can be conducted within 24 hrs.).

Greenville Appraisers Network requires that all appraisers retained by the company be Certified Residential and FHA approved. We do not employ appraisal apprentice or trainees. It is mandatory for all employees to undertake the required 14 hours of continuing education each year; as well as, attending several trade seminars throughout the year.
